He is a Chartered Architect, with a Master of Science (M. Sc) degree in Architecture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has over sixteen years cognate experience as a professional Designer/Architect with a keen knowledge of building operations within both the Construction Industry and the very expansive Oil and Gas Industry. Eleven years post-registration experience (1999 – date) plus many previous years of service oriented enterprise afforded him very qualitative client relationship training /experience. His particular experience has been in the Building Construction Industry which is highly prone to sudden changes and upgrades in Construction Standards, materials and detailing.

His project areas have included Hotels /Motels with their appurtenances, Banks, Shopping complexes, Hospitals /other Health facilities, Leisure Parks /Holiday Resorts, Recreational facilities, Educational Institutions, Conference /Civic Centre facilities, Office and Mixed-use facilities. Renovation, Remodeling. Rehabilitation and general Facilities Management /Maintenance are his specialty. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA), registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

Mrs Nwanneka Gagar

Head, Finance Division

She is a seasoned and results driven Finance Executive with over three decades of financial and management accounting, taxation and operations planning experience. She held the position of Financial Controller in Michelin Nigeria Limited, a foremost tyre manufacturing company. Prior to this role, She occupied a number of senior positions within the same company that demanded analytical thinking, proactiveness, creativity and accuracy.

Since leaving the role, She has been engaged in a Venture Capital Company as well as in the Oil and Gas Service sector as a Finance Management Consultant where she developed and drove finance and business processes that delivered value to the companies. She hold a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Benin and am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, CITN

Engr. Richard Iyoha

Head, Mechanical Engineering Division

A professional US trained Mechanical Engineer with multi-faceted experience in design, construction and supervision of mechanical engineering systems including: Water Supply, Soil/Waste drainage, Air-Conditioning and firefighting systems. To hone his project managerial skills he obtained a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) Project management.

He is an Engineering Consultant with Federal Ministry of Health, National Primary Health Care Development Agency, L.O.C FIFA Under-17 World Cup, Nigeria. Consultant Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineering and Design, Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos, Plateau State Nigeria and several other projects. He is a member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Engr. Samuel Agboola

Head, Civil Engineering Division

He is a Civil Engineering graduate with over 28 years experience. He worked with Home Construction and Dredging (HCD) as a Site Engineer, Ladiom Associates first as a Design/Project Engineer, then as a Senior Engineer and finally became an Associate Partner. He is a Member Nigeria Society of Engineer (MNSE), and Registered Engineer (COREN).

He has been involved in all Pre and Post Contract services of various Civil and structural engineering projects and carried out Studies, Planning, Detail Survey, Design and Documentation of Network of Roads, Bridges and Waterways for the “13% Revenue Derivation Committee” for Delta State. He has carved a niche for himself in erosion/flood control, jetties and foreshore walls, roads and bridges projects in Nigeria.
